我們是復興區第四代小茶農,從日治時期曾祖父成為三井茶廠(大溪老茶廠)的茶工,到爺爺創立的藍廷製茶廠,我們承接葉家製茶、焙茶工藝並提倡與高山自然環境共存的永續農法茶,和推廣以「茶」尋找內心平靜的茶療之旅。

We are the fourth generation of tea farmers in Fuxing District. Our great-grandfather worked as a tea worker at the Mitsui Tea Factory (Today’s Daxi Old Tea Factory) during the Japanese occupation period, and our grandfather founded the Lanting Tea Factory.We inherit the tea-making and roasting techniques of the YEH family and advocate sustainable tea cultivation that coexists with the natural environment of the mountains. And promoting tea therapy tours for finding inner peace through tea.

Our Story

「葉家千金YEH JI TEA」原身為藍廷茗茶研製所(藍廷製茶廠),茶廠在1980年、由我們的爺爺(葉阿廷)所創立。

早在1936年、當時還處於台灣日治時期,我們的曾祖父(葉步森)從新竹關西鎮來到復興區開墾拓荒並種下第一株茶苗,也種下葉家與茶的不解之緣。爺爺從一位職工兼茶農,轉變成生產製茶與銷售,一頭栽入茶葉領域,進而創立了藍廷茗茶研製所。父親從小就在茶園裡長大,耳濡目染之下也跟茶建立了深厚的情感,高中畢業後隨即回鄉跟著爺爺一起鑽研茶葉,並在製茶技術以及焙茶工藝更加精進,也奠定了茶葉的深厚基礎。 

我們承接葉家製茶、焙茶工藝,希望突破台灣高山茶的傳統印象,開創多元口味的台灣高山茶,並提倡與高山自然環境共存的永續農法茶。

大自然總是在默默的給予,茶園的土地就像是最舒服的椅子一般,可以席地而坐喝一杯茶。我們傳承葉家的精神,珍愛土地,惜緣、惜福,茶山如同葉家的千金萬金,是我們大自然最珍貴的禮物。

●OUR STORY
“YEH JI TEA” was originally the Lanting Tea Research Institute (Lanting Tea Factory) founded in 1980 by our grandfather (Yeh Ah Ting). In 1936, when Taiwan was still under the Japanese Occupation, our great-grandfather (Yeh Bu Sen) came to Fuxing District from Guanxi Township, Hsinchu, to reclaim wasteland and planted the first tea seedling, which then became the indissoluble bond between the Yeh family and tea.

Our granfather turned himself from an employee and tea farmer into one who participates in tea production and sales, dedicated himself into the tea industry and founded the Lanting Tea Research Institute.

My father grew up in the tea garden since he was a child, and has built a deep relationship with tea with the influence of the environment. After graduating from high school, he returned to his hometown to study tea with his father, and laid a solid foundation for tea making as he became more sophisticated in tea producing and tea roasting.

Undertaking the tea making and tea roasting techniques of the Yeh family, we wish to break through the traditional impression of Taiwanese alpine tea by creating a variety of different flavors, and at the same time advocate sustainable tea cultivation that coexists with the alpine natural environment.

Nature is always providing and supporting us quietly – the land of the tea farm is like the most comfortable chair where you can just sit on it and enjoy a cup of tea. Inheriting the spirit of the Yeh family, we cherish the land, the fate, the blessings.

We see the tea mountains as the treasure of the Yeh family, as well as the most precious gift from the nature.
